A quick, special yet easy, dinner. Make the sauce and let simmer, make the dough and let rest. Set the table, get the pot of water on to boil and throw a salad together. Drop the noodles in, put the sauce of the table, call everyone to dinner and strain the pasta.
Serve a fresh sauce on fresh pasta in under an hour.

Note: Flavored noodles
Pesto - replace the oil with 2 Tablespoons of pesto. (See slide show noodles)
Lemon Pepper - Add 1 teaspoon lemon zest and 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper.
Chocolate Dessert - Replace 1/4 cup of flour with cocoa powder (use 3/4 cup of flour) and substitute butter for oil. Serve warm with ice-cream or whipped cream or both.
