Multi Grain Granola |

You can eat a bowl of granola with milk or yoghurt, by the hand-full for a snack, added to a basic muffin for a fun variation or made up into Granola Bars. This recipe makes up about 10 cups of granola. I found the recipe in the Make-A-Mix Cookbook and have made a few changes, and while I've made it up in great quantities to feed hungry girl scouts at Girl Scout Camp, this is half the original recipe and I find that it is a good amount for my family.
If you want to make this gluten-free use only rolled oats and I substitute oat bran for the wheat germ.
