Ingredients for Mint Frosting
My mom loves Mint Frosting on her brownies. She says that peppermint frosting should be green, not pink or red, so... This is the recipe I use. It is softer than a frosting used for decoration cakes but not running like an icing you might use on cookies.
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint oil
- 5 cups powdered sugar
